Dr. Hope Wright was born in Nashville, Tennessee. She earned both her Bachelor of Science degree and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She graduated in 1995 and moved to sunny South Florida. After working in a 5 doctor companion animal hospital in Fort Lauderdale for 2 years, Hope moved to North Palm Beach and purchased Animal Medical Clinic in the fall of 1997.  Her husband Karl is a Fort Lauderdale firefighter, and they have 2 very active boys; John and Michael.  They also have 3 dogs, a Great Date, a German Shepherd and a Shih Tzu, and a recently acquired Cockatiel.
